Hebe ‘Black Beauty’

Hebe ‘Black Beauty’ (syn Hebe ‘Darkest of All’) is an evergreen shrub, growing to 40 in (1 m) high and 40 in (1 m) wide. The purple-bronze leaves are broad spear-shaped, 1.2 in (3 cm) long and 0.4 in (1 cm) wide, green new foliage. Purple flowers in summer. This hebe is fairly hardy in the UK.

This recently introduced hebe cultivar is not free flowering, and is somewhat similar to Hebe ‘Amy’. CPVO Application 20010359.
