Hebe ‘Wiri Charm’ is a compact, evergreen bushy shrub, reaching 30 in (75 cm) high and 50 in (130 cm) across in 3 years. The dull, dark green leaves are spear-shaped, 1.2–1.6 in (3–4 cm) long. The flowers are deep rose-purple, summer. A hebe fairly tender in the UK.

This hebe cultivar was raised by Jack Hobbs of the Auckland Regional Botanic Gardens, New Zealand, and is a cross between Hebe diosmifolia and Hebe speciosa.
