Hebe ‘Wiri Prince’ forms an open, upright, evergreen shrub reaching 48 in (1.5 m) high. The green leaves are broad and spear-shaped. The flowers are a rich violet-purple, in spikes 4.2 in (11 cm) long; summer to autumn. A hebe that is possibly tender in the UK.

Jack Hobbs raised this hebe cultivar in 1989 at the Auckland Regional Botanic Garden, New Zealand. Hebe ‘Wiri Prince’ came from seed that was collected from Hebe ‘Wiri Jewel’.
