Brachyglottis ‘Moira Read’
Brachyglottis ‘Moira Read’, syn Brachyglottis (Dunedin Group) ‘Moira Read’, Senecio ‘Moira Read’, is a spreading, evergreen bush about 40 in (1 m) high, and twice as wide. The oval leaves are grey when young, becoming green, with an irregular cream blotches in the centre. Yellow flowers in summer. The Dunedin Group contains hybrids between Brachyglottis compacta, B. greyi and B. laxifolius. This cultivar was discovered in a garden at Liskeard, Cornwall, UK, and is a variegated form of very popular ‘Sunshine’. |
