Parahebe hookeriana
Parahebe hookeriana is a low-growing, much branched, evergreen subshrub. The toothed, thick, leathery, oval, green leaves are 0.2–0.5 in (4–12 mm) long. The flowers are lavender to white, up to 0.4 in (1 cm) in diameter. Hardy in the UK. Parahebe hookeriana grows in subalpine rocky places in the North Island of New Zealand, including the Volcanic Plateau. |
